About The Event
This is a 4-Week Program that introduces Mindfulness Meditation to beginners.
Research shows that Mindfulness Meditation decreases anxiety, depression and stress, and improves wellbeing and quality of life.
Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness: Mindfulness of Breathing.
Week 2: Body scan
Week 3: Mindfulness of Thoughts and Feelings.
Week 4: Self-Compassion and Gratitude.
First Session: FREE
Cost: $40 per session (3 sessions). Total: $120
