Through AUM Life Wellness, I offer workshops and support groups.
AUM Life Wellness mission is to promote self-growth, balance, quality of life, and well-being by offering workshops, mindfulness and support groups.
We offer Mindfulness for Beginners classes, Anxiety and Stress Management 8-Week Programs, Mindfulness for Pregnancy 4-Week Programs, one-day Mindfulness Retreats, workshops on Mindfulness and Wellness, a Grief Support Group among others.
We also cater our services to different populations such as stressed employees, families, parents, women and adolescents. We offer our services in your premises or online.

Grief Support Group
This support group welcomes anybody that lost a loved one.
Our aim is to help people that suffered a loss develop a healthy grieving process. We discuss the stages of grief, issues related to loss resolution, and offer tools (e.g. mindfulness) to help in this process.

Stress Management for the Busy Woman
If you are tired of juggling kids, house, work and feel anxious, overwhelmed, sad or exhausted, join our 8-Week program.
You will learn coping skills, how to identify distressing thoughts and unhealthy behaviors, and how to meditate.

Introduction to Mindfulness
This is a 4-Week Program that introduces Mindfulness Meditation to beginners.
Research shows that Mindfulness Meditation decreases anxiety, depression, stress and improves wellbeing and quality of life.
Week 1: Introduction to Mindfulness: mindfulness of breathing.
Week 2: Body scan
Week 3: Mindfulness of Thoughts and Feelings.
Week 4: Self-Compassion and Gratitude.
